Booking is simple through our website. Choose your sitter, select your time, and pay securely online. In-person payment is also available if preferred.

We reserve babysitting time specifically for your family. If plans change, we kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice.

For cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled start time, the booking deposit will be applied to the reserved time.

Yes. If your sitter is available, you can extend your booking. Just confirm with them directly, and we’ll adjust the time and payment.

Double rates apply on December 24, 25, 31, and January 1. All Canadian statutory holidays and Valentine’s Day incur a 50% rate increase.

Gratuities are never expected. Some families choose to leave a tip, and if so, 100% goes directly to your sitter.

If you’d like to add a gratuity, you’re welcome to leave cash with your sitter or let them know, and they will add it to the booking for you.
