Founder & Early Childhood Educator

Susan brings over 15 years of professional childcare experience, having worked in a wide range of settings including luxury cruise ships, adventure summer camps, ski schools, and bike programs. Her background includes roles in daycares, after-school programs, ski school instruction, and managing a successful bike camp, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how to support children of all ages and abilities.

As a certified Early Childhood Educator and adaptive ski instructor, Susan blends her expertise with genuine warmth, high energy, and a passion for helping kids grow with confidence. Her extensive experience means she understands the importance of clear communication with parents, thoughtful activities that match each child’s interests, and creating a sense of trust and fun in every moment.

After becoming a mother herself, Susan was inspired to bring that same level of professional, caring support to other families in Whistler. Her goal is simple: to make parents’ lives easier and to help children create memories they’ll love — all with the peace of mind that comes from knowing they’re in safe, capable hands.

After completing her Early Childhood Care and Education program at Selkirk College, Meg worked in preschools, outdoor education programs, and private childcare roles across BC. Chantel brings twelve years of experience working with children across six countries, blending outdoor leadership with a deep understanding of how kids learn, grow, and thrive in active environments.

As a PMBIA Level 2 Mountain Bike Instructor, former Bike Park Supervisor, and children’s program coordinator, Chantel has supported young people through biking, snow-school operations, and recreational programs. Her experience includes planning age-appropriate lessons, ensuring safety and comfort, communicating with parents, and guiding fellow instructors, all while prioritizing care that feels supportive, organised, and enjoyable for every child.

Meet Amanda Drage

Ski Instructor & Yoga Teacher

Amanda brings nearly a decade of experience teaching skiing at Whistler Blackcomb, including work in AdaptiveCreeksidePrivates, and the Senior Ski Team. As a CSIA Level 2 and CADS Level 1 instructor — and former Rookie of the Year — she is known for her calm, supportive teaching style and her ability to help children feel confident on the mountain.

She is also a certified RYT 200 yoga teacher, having taught kids and adults in a variety of settings throughout Whistler. Her background in kinesiology, leadership, and community programming helps her create experiences that are safe, engaging, and tailored to each child.

Sawyer brings over 10 years of professional experience working with children, having supported young people in a wide range of settings, including summer camps, swimming instruction, ski schools, and adaptive programs. Her background includes teaching children of all ages and abilities, including toddlers and preschoolers, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how to create safe, engaging, and confidence-building experiences.

As a Level 3 Adaptive Ski InstructorAdaptive Course Conductor for Level 1 and 2, and Level 2 CSIA instructor, Sawyer combines advanced technical training with a strong foundation in child development through her degree in Kinesiology. Her skill, leadership, and inclusive approach were recognised when she was named Instructor of the Year, reflecting her ability to adapt instruction to each child’s needs while building confidence and trust.

Her background in education, along with her experience as a certified ski instructor and childcare program leader, gives her a unique ability to connect with children through play, learning, and outdoor adventure.
