Double rates apply on December 24, 25, 31, and January 1. All Canadian statutory holidays and Valentine’s Day incur a 50% rate increase.

Yes. We are happy to support families with children who have additional needs. Some of our babysitters have experience working with children who require extra support, including those with developmental, sensory, or behavioural needs.

Yes, Blackcomb Babysitting is fully insured, giving families peace of mind knowing their children are in safe, responsible hands. You can feel confident knowing we meet the highest standards of care and safety.

We reserve babysitting time specifically for your family. If plans change, we kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice.

For cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled start time, the booking deposit will be applied to the reserved time.

Gratuities are never expected. Some families choose to leave a tip, and if so, 100% goes directly to your sitter.

If you’d like to add a gratuity, you’re welcome to leave cash with your sitter or let them know, and they will add it to the booking for you.
